nearly $1 billion dollars in transactions and
have helped convert over 9,000 leasehold units
to fee simple ownership.
In 1991, MPI began developing expertise in the field of representing condominium and co-op projects in fee conversion and lease rent renegotiation matters, and has the only full time staff that works exclusively in this field. Today MPI has earned the reputation of being one of the most knowledgeable and experienced entities in this highly specialized field.
