Staffing

Noelani "Noe" Tom (R) is Monarch Properties, Inc.'s Broker-in-Charge and is responsible for the company's general brokerage sales.  Noe has over 17 years combined experience in Real Estate and is also MPI's Chief Financial Officer.  Noe's hard work and dedication are key factors in MPI's success over the years and enable her to assist MPI's clients in reaching and exceeding each of their personal real estate goals.

Alan H. Lam (RA) is Monarch Propertis, Inc.'s Real Estate Agent and Property Manager since 2006.  He first received his real estate license and became a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors in 1990.  He is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).  Alan handles the Residential Property Management Department and works with our owners to ensure that their properties are well managed.  He also handles the General Real Esate Brokerage with Noe Tom, Broker in Charge.  Alan comes to us from the high tech sector where he worked with real estate professionals.  His work with Personal Data Assistant and mobile phones spawned a new market for remote access of real estate information in the field.
