Noelani "Noe" Tom has been with Monarch Properties, Inc. since 1989. Over the years she has held every administrative and management position in the company. Today, Noe is MPI’s Broker in Charge and Chief Financial Officer. Her duties include overseeing the company's fee conversion, brokerage, financial and human resource departments. She has been instrumental in guiding the company through many transitions including development and implementation of MPI's well-recognized leased-fee services. Noe’s hard work and dedication have been key factors in MPI's success over the years.
