 Monarch Properties, Inc. ("MPI") is a medium-sized, highly productive real estate company founded by its President and Principal Broker, Michael Pang. Since 1986 MPI has been representing clients in buying, selling and managing (renting) their residential properties. In the process, MPI has earned a reputation for ethical, fair and competent representation of its clients.
In 1991, MPI began developing expertise in the field of representing condominium and co-op projects in fee conversion and lease rent renegotiation matters, and has the only full time staff that works exclusively in this field. Today MPI has earned the reputation of being one of the most knowledgeable and experienced entities in this highly specialized field. |

Michael Pang, Principal Broker of MPI, is the conceptual pioneer and leader of our fee conversion and lease rent renegotiation representation services and we have a full-time staff of five (average 5+ years of experience) who help to administer these services.
